How do I log into Dentally?
Go to the correct login page for your region:
🇬🇧🇮🇪UK/ROI - app.dentally.co/login
🇦🇺🇳🇿APAC - app.apac.dentally.com/login
🇨🇦CA - app.ca.dentally.com/login
If you do not have single sign-on (SSO) enabled, enter your registered email and password (which you will have set up when you were invited to join Dentally). If you do have SSO enabled, follow these steps instead.
If you have two-factor authentication (2FA) set up, you will be prompted to enter a code to continue.
Once you have completed your 2FA, you can continue to your Dentally dashboard.
You can change your password at any time.
📝 Please note: You will be automatically logged out of Dentally after a period of inactivity.
How do I log out of Dentally?
You are automatically logged out of Dentally after a period of inactivity - or this can be done manually:
From anywhere in Dentally, go to your name in the top right corner of the screen.
Click the name to open the dropdown.
At the bottom of the list, click 'Log out'.
You will immediately be logged out and it will return to the login window.
💡 Top tip: If you leave your computer to complete other tasks, we recommend logging out beforehand - leaving your computer logged in while you are away from your desk creates more risk of data breaches and security issues.
