๐Ÿ’ก Top tip: It is possible to amend a specific user's permission levels to turn off dashboard access if needed.

What can I see in my Dentally dashboard?

When you first log into Dentally and arrive on the dashboard homepage, you can see a range of information at a glance.

  • Use the time filters along the top to adjust the timeframe you're viewing - this will update all the data underneath to reflect this period.

  • 'Appointments' breaks down the statuses your appointments within the chosen timeframe.

  • 'Accounts' shows you patients with high debts, so you easily click into any patient to follow up and manage their balances.

  • 'Invoiced' shows you paid and unpaid invoices side-by-side from the chosen time period.

  • On the far right-hand side, you can view stats from the chosen time period, such as the number of new patients or open treatment plans. You can click into any of these numbers to generate a report showing the full list of patients who meet the criteria for that stat.

๐Ÿ“ Please note: For multi-sites, the dashboard is designed to be a full overview of your entire group.
