What do I do if my account is locked?
If you have been locked out of your account, you should receive unlock instructions via email. If you havenโt received them, go to the Dentally login screen and click 'Didn't receive unlock instructions?' under the login box.
You will then be able to enter your email address connected to your Dentally account to resend the unlock instructions to your email.
๐ก Top Tip - Remember to check your Junk and Spam folders before requesting a new email. It's important to note that If you have resent the unlock instruction email the link to reset your password in the original email will no longer work.
Why have I been locked out of my account?
To protect your data, Dentally automatically locks accounts after several failed login attempts.
Users are locked out after 5 failed login attempts.
When this happens, an email is automatically sent to the address associated with the account, containing a secure link to unlock your access.
If the email is not received, you can follow the above instruction to trigger a new unlock email.
