How to remove/delete a template
You cannot delete a Template. You should instead set this template to inactive. To do this, you can:
Navigate to 'Settings' > 'Templates'
Choose the relevant tab, e.g. Estimates to remove a consent form or estimate template, or Emails to remove an email template.
Choose your desired template from the left menu, this will put the template into edit mode.
Simply scroll down to the bottom and toggle the 'Active' status off.
Click 'Save'.
This template will no longer appear in your list to be selected.
