Can I identify patients who have completed high-value treatments?

You can identify patients who have completed specific treatments, but you must also ensure they have consented to marketing communications before marketing to them. If they have received the treatment and have consented to marketing, you could use this list to contact them on the basis that they are more willing to invest in their oral health.

  • In the 'Reports' menu, open the 'Patients' report.

  • Set the filters to:

    • 'Treatment' to one of your high-value treatments, for example 'is Invisalign'.

    • 'Active' to 'is active'.

    • 'Marketing' to 'is true' (this step is essential if you wish to send marketing communications).

    • 'Completed at' to 'more than 6 months ago' (this avoids accidentally including patients who received this treatment very recently).

  • Set any other filters, such as treatment timeframe, as you wish.
