๐ก Top tip: When pairing your device, some steps might vary depending on which type of device you're using - these variations are outlined in our handy pairing guide.
Which devices work with Dentally Portal?
Both Apple and Android devices are supported when using Concierge with Dentally Portal!
To ensure optimal performance of Dentally Portalโs Concierge, itโs essential to select devices and browsers that fully support its functionalities.
We recommend an Apple or Android device to run the app. Ensure your chosen device is updated to the latest Apple iOS or Android version.
Use Google Chrome or Safari browsers to download the app. Ensure your chosen browser is updated to the latest version.
Other browsers are not officially supported, and we would not recommend devices which do not allow Google Chrome or Safari, such as Amazon Fire tablets.
If using a desktop or laptop, both Windows and macOS systems are compatible as long as you tare using the latest version of Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge, or Safari.
๐ก Top tip: If your plan is Advanced or Advanced+ (2024), Concierge will be included with your Portal package. If you are on any other plan, you can purchase Concierge as a standalone feature. If you already have the iPad app included in your package, you can upgrade to Concierge at no extra cost.
How do I check my device version?
