What is SSO and does it work with Dentally?
Single sign-on (SSO), in general, is a method you can use to log in to multiple applications and websites with one set of credentials.
Dentally supports the use of Microsoft as a SSO provider, allowing you to log in to Dentally with your Microsoft credentials. To be able to use this feature you need to have done the following:
Your Microsoft administrator MUST allow logins from Dentally. (please reach out to your IT for assistance with this)
Created your Dentally account with the same email address you use for Microsoft.
Have enabled SSO for your practice. Speak with Dentally support for assistance with this if needed.
