What is SSO and does it work with Dentally?

Single sign-on (SSO), in general, is a method you can use to log in to multiple applications and websites with one set of credentials.

Dentally supports the use of Microsoft as a SSO provider, allowing you to log in to Dentally with your Microsoft credentials. To be able to use this feature you need to have done the following:

  • Your Microsoft administrator MUST allow logins from Dentally. (please reach out to your IT for assistance with this)

  • Created your Dentally account with the same email address you use for Microsoft.

  • Have enabled SSO for your practice. Speak with Dentally support for assistance with this if needed.
