How do I enable single sign-on for my practice?

Before being able to use SSO at your practice, you must enabled it in your practice settings.

๐Ÿ’ก Top tip: If you cannot see the below settings you will need to reach out to the support team so we can enable SSO in the background for your practice. Once this is done you can resume the steps in this guide.

  • Go to 'Settings'.

  • Navigate to 'Practice' and select 'Other'.

  • Scroll down to the 'Single Sign-on (SSO)' section.

  • Choose Microsoft or Google from the list and click 'Save'.

  • This enables SSO for your practice, and will turn it on for all existing users - you will need to manually enable it for any new users in the future.

Once enabled for a user, they can use this to log in securely.

๐Ÿ“ Please note: When this is first turned on, it will enable SSO for all existing users. You will need to remember to enable this for any new users in their own user settings going forward.
