Where do I find my practice's billing settings?

๐Ÿ“ Please note: You must have Level 4 permissions to edit the practice settings.

  • In Dentally, go to 'Settings' > 'Practice' then click on the 'Billing' tab. The way this section looks will vary depending on your region.

From here you can:

  • View your agreed plan and pricing - this includes our payment due date(s). You may also be able to see your payment details.

  • Any current/available add-ons.

  • Your current usage.

  • Your inbound/outbound contact information - you will need to contact Dentally support if you wish to change this.

  • Your billing address, which can be updated from here.

  • Your Dentally invoice history - this will only be visible if you have a direct debit set up.
