Where do I find my practice's billing settings?
๐ Please note: You must have Level 4 permissions to edit the practice settings.
In Dentally, go to 'Settings' > 'Practice' then click on the 'Billing' tab. The way this section looks will vary depending on your region.
From here you can:
View your agreed plan and pricing - this includes our payment due date(s). You may also be able to see your payment details.
Any current/available add-ons.
Your current usage.
Your inbound/outbound contact information - you will need to contact Dentally support if you wish to change this.
Your billing address, which can be updated from here.
Your Dentally invoice history - this will only be visible if you have a direct debit set up.
