Where do I find the 'Recalls' settings in Dentally?
📝 Please note: You must have Level 4 permissions to edit the practice settings.
In Dentally, go to 'Settings' > 'Practice' then click on the 'Recalls' tab.
From here you can:
Enable or disable recalls using the checkbox.
Set the recall timing - from 1-8 weeks in advance.
Enable or disable recall automation and other settings.
Set your recall effectiveness goals.
💡 Top tip: Remember to click 'Save' when you make changes to any section.
