How do I access support if I have a question about using Dentally?
To open a support chat in Dentally, use the following regional links (ensure you use the right one for your location). Clicking these buttons will open Dentally - so you'll need to log in if you haven't already.
You can also access support by clicking the ๐ life ring icon on the left toolbar to open your support menu. From here you can choose between:
Help Centre - The entire Dentally Help Centre where you can find comprehensive step-by-step guides on using features in Dentally.
Status Page - The Dentally system status page, where outages and site-wide issues will be identified.
Contact Support - Start a chat with Dentally's support team, where you can message Ellie, our AI support agent, for an immediate response, or choose to speak to a member of the team.
Dentally Community - Join other Dentally users to ask questions, exchange tips and explore other resources for getting the most out of Dentally.
