How do I access support if I have a question about using Dentally?

To open a support chat in Dentally, use the following regional links (ensure you use the right one for your location). Clicking these buttons will open Dentally - so you'll need to log in if you haven't already.

You can also access support by clicking the ๐Ÿ›Ÿ life ring icon on the left toolbar to open your support menu. From here you can choose between:

  • Help Centre - The entire Dentally Help Centre where you can find comprehensive step-by-step guides on using features in Dentally.

  • Status Page - The Dentally system status page, where outages and site-wide issues will be identified.

  • Contact Support - Start a chat with Dentally's support team, where you can message Ellie, our AI support agent, for an immediate response, or choose to speak to a member of the team.

  • Dentally Community - Join other Dentally users to ask questions, exchange tips and explore other resources for getting the most out of Dentally.
