Which devices work with Dentally Portal?

Both Apple and Android devices are supported when using Concierge and Kiosk modes with Dentally Portal!

When pairing your device, some steps might vary depending on which type of device you're using - these variations are outlined in our handy pairing guide.

Ensure you are using the latest version Apple iOS/Android to run the app, and the latest version of Google Chrome or Safari to download the app.

How do I check my device browser version?

πŸ“ Please note: Only the latest versions of Google Chrome or Safari are supported for the best compatibility.

  • Google Chrome: Open Chrome on your tablet, tap the three dots menu in the top right corner, then go to β€˜Settings’ > β€˜Google Chrome’. The version number will be displayed here.

  • Safari: Go to β€˜Settings’ on your iOS tablet device, tap β€˜General’, then β€˜About’. The iOS version number (which reflects what Safari version you are using) will be listed here.

Other browsers may work but are not currently supported.
