Can I have multiple schedules running at the same time?

Schedules can be layered so that multiple schedules are active at the same time.

You can simply add a new schedule for a practitioner, and the existing one will remain active unless turned off.

This might be useful if you wish to add a schedule for a practitioner's annual leave/time off, without impacting/deleting schedules for their normal working pattern.

When two schedules are running at the same time, it will take the latest start time and earliest end time from the schedules combined. Marking a practitioner as unavailable on one day in a schedule will override any other schedules on that day.

๐Ÿ’ก Top tip: You can use the override feature in the calendar to make one-off changes, which will overrule a particular day in the schedule without the need to add a new schedule or edit/remove the existing one.
