How do I view all patients who have been registered but never had an appointment?
If you wish to see a full list of patients who have a patient record but have never had an appointment:
In the 'Reports' menu, select the 'Patients' report.
Set the 'First appointment' filter to 'is unknown' to only show patients who have never had an appointment.
Apply any other filters as needed - for example, you might wish to exclude patients who registered within the last month.
Save the segment if you wish to refer back to it regularly - it will refresh each time you open it.
You can then use bulk messaging to contact these patients if needed.
