How can I identify lapsed patients?
In the 'Reports' menu, select the 'Lapsed Patients' report.
This shows you all patients who have not had an appointment since the date you specify in the left-hand filter.
You can also filter by dentist and payment plan/fee schedule.
Click 'Export' to export this report as a .csv file - this exported version may include additional patient details beyond what is shown within the report itself.
๐ Please note: It is not possible to bulk email patients using the 'Lapsed Patients' report. You can use the 'Patients' report - apply 'Last appointment - before - X date' and 'Next appointment - is unknown', run the report and you can bulk message patients from there.
