You can use the ‘Patients Report’ to find any patients who have been added to Dentally but have never had an appointment at the practice.
Allowing you to target patients who have shown interest in being seen but who have not taken the step to begin their oral health journey with you just yet.
In the example video below, you can see that we have created a report first for specific dentists patients that are active with no first appt known; we then demonstrate updating this to remove the practitioner to instead find ALL patients with no first appointment.
We can then see a new report created from the first where we specify when the record was created allowing us to only see the patients added within the last few months.

Active is set to 'is true'
Record Created less than '120 days ago'
First appointment 'is unknown'
This report is ideal for reaching out to patients who have registered at the practice but have not attended their first appointment. Great way to fill the diary during quieter times.
