How to use the 'Appointments' report

What can I use the Appointments report for?

The 'Appointments' report allows you to see data from appointments including:

To use the 'Appointments' report:

  • In the 'Reports' menu, select the 'Appointments' report.

  • You will see appointment details including the date, time, location, practitioner and status, and whether it was booked online

  • Use the filters on the left to:

    • Set the date range - you can select whether this date range applies to the date the appointment takes place or to when it was booked

    • View only a particular status, practitioner, reason, room or payment plan/fee schedule

    • Filter according to who booked the appointment, and whether the patient has a future appointment booked

    • View short notice, lab work and online booking details

  • Click the patient's name to open their patient record.

  • Hover over any pencil โœ๏ธ icon to see notes added to that appointment.

  • Click 'Export' in the top right to export the data as a .csv file. The exported version will include additional patient details which may not be visible within the original report, including duration.
