When talking to the patient about cancelling their appointment, right-click on their appointment and choose 'Copy to clipboard'
Cancel the appointment as normal and navigate to the time on the calendar.
Open your clipboard from the top right and drag and drop the appointment from the clipboard onto the time required in the diary.
