Navigate to the patient in question
Go to the NHS tab
Click Add an exemption
Choose the required exemption from the drop-down list
Add any supporting details as needed

Once an NHS exemption has been added to the patient record, this will automatically be applied to any treatment plan containing NHS work.
If a treatment plan was started before an NHS exemption was recorded, but this needs to be applied to the treatment plan, you can manually choose to add this exemption using the Treatment Plan Settings option and choosing the exemption from the drop down list of exemptions which exist for this patient.
