Let's take a look at how to check the status of your NHS claims
Dentally sends and checks automatically for updates on your claims however you do still need to check the status of your claim periodically to ensure non of them have encountered any issues when sending through or being received by the NHS.

Navigate to the Reports menu
in the bottom left of Dentally
Scroll down to the NHS Claims report
Use the Filters on the left to narrow down the list of claims you can see
You can then use the Export button in the top right
This will save a copy of the report locally to your machine in the .CSV file format which can then be opened in excel.
