Let's take a look at how to view the status on a specific patients NHS claim
There are a few ways to check the status of a NHS claim, one way is to access the individual patients record and check their NHS tab.

Navigate to the patients record
Click on their NHS tab along the top of their record
Make sure you are on the claims tab in the top left
From here you can monitor the individuals claim status
And keep track of any prior approval status' for the patient
You can also use the TP icon to view the treatment on the chart screen
From the Treatment plan, you can make changes if required and resubmit the claim
The key to any claim is its Status. Once a claim has been submitted, it will eventually be marked as Received.
If there are any issues with the claim, it will likely be returned as Invalid. Invalid claims can then be resubmitted with amendments.
Once a claim has been paid on a schedule, the claim status will change to Complete.
