Let's take a look at how to send your incomplete NHS claims with Dentally
When a patient fails to return after their initial examination for the rest of their treatment you will want to send your NHS claim off as an incomplete treatment claim.

Chart the required incomplete treatment codes relevant to the treatment plan as specified on the Northern Ireland NHS SDR.
Click Submit claim as normal
Once you are on the claim screen
Enter the reason for the claim being incomplete into the Observations box
This information will send to the NHS and will stop the claim from bouncing back
Then accept your Declarations
And submit and complete the claim
The claim will sit in queued for approximately an hour as normal before Dentally sends this to the NHS.
