Let's take a look at how to add the dentist's performer number and pin number to Dentally.

Go to settings
Click on Users
Go to Practitioners
Edit the required dentist using the icon on the right-hand side
NHS Number, GDC Number and Prescriber Number are not required for the sending of NHS claims but can still be entered
Scroll down to see the Panel Numbers section
Simply click '+ Add panel number' in the bottom left
Enter the Performer Number and Performer Pin provided by the NHS
To edit or correct an existing entry simply click 'Edit pin' and type in the correct number.
Lastly, make sure the practitioner Tier Amount is correct before clicking Save
This is needed so Dentally know when to prompt for prior approval on a claim.
