Where do I find the 'Recalls' settings in Dentally?
In Dentally, go to 'Settings' > 'Practice' then click on the 'Recalls' tab.
From here you can:
Enable or disable recalls using the checkbox.
Set the recall timing - from 1-8 weeks in advance.
Enable or disable recall automation.
Select the daily dispatch cap and delivery days.
View your dispatch backlog.
