How do I manage existing recall workflows?
If you have created a new workflow, you can edit, reorder and delete existing workflows at any time. To manage your recall workflows:
In Dentally, go to 'Reports' and click on the 'Recalls' report.
Here you will see all current workflows. You can filter to only active or inactive workflows using the filters on the left.
You can reorder your workflows from here too - the order is important as it will determine when recalls are sent. Reorder by hovering over a recall workflow and clicking the three lines that appear to the left of the workflow name, and then dragging into your required position.
To edit an existing workflow, simply click on the workflow name and click the 'Edit' button to make changes.
To delete a workflow, click the bin ๐๏ธ icon to the far right of the chosen recall workflow. You will be prompted to confirm you are sure before deleting.
