Can I remind a patient to pay their outstanding balance on Portal?

If you have a Stripe account linked to your Portal, and have set up task reminders, patients will see an action card when they log into their Patient Portal, reminding them to pay their outstanding balance.

They can then make the payment from within the Portal.

The patient can view the total amount outstanding on their account. They will also be able to choose the amount they wish to pay. By default, the amount to pay will be set to the full outstanding amount.

When a payment is made, it will be recorded under the 'Account' tab of the patient's record in Dentally, with details of the payment and Stripe references.

The balance overview will also be updated.
