πŸ‡¨πŸ‡¦ CA only - Why is the billing provider drop-down empty when trying to send a Predetermination or claim?

Are you having trouble with an empty billing provider box? πŸ‡¨πŸ‡¦

Only dentists/providers with certificates installed against their Dentally account will be listed in the drop-down menu for the Billing Provider when submitting claims or predetermination claims.

If no providers are listed in the dropdown menu, this indicates No CDAnet Certificates have been added against your providers in your Settings. To do this you need to...

  • Navigate to Settings -> Insurance -> Provider Certificates.

  • Click '+ Certificate' to add a new one.

  • Then try and submit your claim again.
