Printing a manual Insurance claim form in Canada is done directly from the patient's record πŸ‡¨πŸ‡¦

There are two ways to print an insurance claim form through Dentally. Before submitting a claim and after, both methods are explained below.

Printing BEFORE an insurance claim has been submitted electronically?

Gif example or written in instructions below πŸ‘‡

Navigate to the patient's record and go into the "Account' tab. Select the '+ New Claim' drop-down menu.

This will load the Claim for the patient for you to either Pring or Generate electronically. To print BEFORE claiming, choose the 'Print claim' button at this point in the process.

This will automatically download both the Primary and Secondary claim forms for you to send off to the insurers manually.

Printing after a claim has been submitted?

Navigate to the patient record and click on their 'Claims' tab.

Find the claim you wish to print the form for.

You can click on Download Primary or Download Secondary and it will automatically download a pre-populated PDF of your completed claim.

You can then either email/print this form, so you can send/post it manually rather than electronically.
