Reporting on your claims in Dentally for Canadian users 🇨🇦
Navigate to the Reporting menu using the toolbar on the left, scroll down to see the 'Insurance' category and a report titled ‘Claims’.
In the filters on the left, select the parameters on the date filters (to/from) as to the period you wish to review.
This generates a list of all of the claims that you have submitted, including the following information:
Invoice
Patient (which directly links to the patient record)
Date of submission
Claim total
Insurance carrier (Primary and Secondary if applicable)
Claim status
Benefit
💡Top Tip: You can favourite reports using the star ⭐️ next to the report on the 'Reports' menu; this way, it will show at the top of the Reports menu every time!
