How do I create a predetermination in Canada?
If you have charted a treatment that you have not submitted, you can create a predetermination.
To do this:
Click on the predetermination button (the clipboard 📋 icon) in the footer of your screen.
In the pop-up box that appear, complete the required fields. Note that the 'Billing provider' field is compulsory.
Click 'Generate predetermination'.
You will be provided with a response from CDAnet. You will also be able to view the response any time from the 'Claims' tab.
