How do I create a predetermination in Canada?

If you have charted a treatment that you have not submitted, you can create a predetermination.

To do this:

  • Click on the predetermination button (the clipboard πŸ“‹ icon) in the footer of your screen.

  • In the pop-up box that appear, complete the required fields. Note that the 'Billing provider' field is compulsory.

  • Click 'Generate predetermination'.

  • You will be provided with a response from CDAnet. You will also be able to view the response any time from the 'Claims' tab.
