How the Chair Utilisation Report is Calculated
This report shows the total number of appointments booked, in hours, and the total number of hours that were available.

The orange area ๐ indicates the time that was available but was not used. The report only includes appointments that are linked to patients. Meetings or holidays are therefore not counted. The green area highlights the chair usage over your specified time frame. ๐ข
This gives you a great visual to see the differences between the availability and chair usage together.
