How do I use the 'Completed but not closed' report?

  • Navigate to your 'Reports' menu and scroll down to the 'Treatment' section where you can click on the 'Completed but not closed' report.

  • The report will automatically set your filters to look for those treatments which have all items complete but the treatment is still sitting on the patients 'Chart' screen.

  • Use the filters to choose your location and timeframe on the left hand side.

  • You can work your way through the list completing these treatments.

  • You can click on the patient's name or the treatment plan number to jump straight to that location in the patient record.

  • Once you have filtered your list and checked all the treatment plans on it, you can use the 'Complete unfinished treatment plans' button in the top right to complete these courses in bulk.

๐Ÿšจ Important: This is an irreversible action so please make sure you have checked all the courses showing on your report before using this button.

Why should I use the 'Completed but not closed' report?

Keeping on top of your completed courses of treatment and making sure they are closed is essential for an organised and up-to-date system.

Using the 'Completed but not closed' report is ideal for keeping track of private, plan and NHS (UK only) treatments that have no further appointments.

Closing your completed courses of treatment, or getting rid of those that are no longer needed, is important not only for housekeeping purposes, but to guarantee accurate reporting of completed treatments.
