The Private Forecast report (available on our Advanced Plan) shows the total value of all booked appointments, on private/custom payment plans/fee schedules, over the course of the next 6 weeks.
The report accounts for planned treatment that has not yet been completed, but is booked in. Treatment will only be included if it is correctly linked to a booked appointment in the calendar.
The report shows active practitioners who are forecast to generate private revenue over the next 6 weeks. It is calculated by the value of the incomplete treatment and the dates and practitioners it is booked into the diary with.
