How do task reminders appear for patients?
When you have task reminders enabled, patients will be prompted to complete outstanding paperwork/actions via SMS text.
The patient will receive a secure, personalised SMS text with a unique link to their Patient Portal.
By following the link, they can complete whichever outstanding tasks are required.
Only patients with tasks outstanding get a task reminder, one day before their appointment.
Task reminders are only used for medical history forms (and for the UK FP17 form where applicable).
