If you are noticing DTX is not launching from the bridge then it may be due to the program already being open in the background by another user on the PC.
For example;
When you switch from User 1 on a windows machine that has DTX open, to User 2 and try to open it there, it will fail to open.
How to fix this?
You can end the process for the previous user in Task Manager and then you can launch the program with no further issues from Dentally.
To end a task in task manager;
right click on the task bar at the bottom of windows
click task manager
locate the open task
right click on the task
choose end task.
then try and open the program again.
