Why is postcode look-up beneficial for my practice?

  • Quicker and easier - reception/administrative staff can save time when inputting address details.

  • Increased accuracy - reduce the chance for human error by letting fields auto-populate.

  • Helps confidentiality - patients don't have to give their full address verbally in a busy waiting room.

πŸ’‘ Top tip: Patients can also make use of this function when providing their personal details on Dentally Portal.
