How do I use the postcode finder to enter patient details?
Go to the patient's 'Details' tab.
Under 'Contact details and preferences', type in the postcode.
Click the 🔍 magnifying glass icon to the right of the postcode box.
A list of applicable addresses will appear - choose the correct address from the list.
The rest of the address fields will be automatically populated.
📝 Please note: This is currently only available for UK addresses 🇬🇧

Quicker and easier - reception/administrative staff can save time when inputting address details.
Increased accuracy - reduce the chance for human error by letting fields auto-populate.
Helps confidentiality - patients don't have to give their full address verbally in a busy waiting room.
