How do I navigate between dates in the calendar?
Use the date buttons along the top of the calendar to navigate between them.
You will see the date you are currently viewing on the left, and can use the '<' and '>' arrows to go up or down one day.
Use the '-1W', 'Today', '+1W', '+3M' and '+6M' buttons to jump back one week, to today's date, or forward one/three/six months respectively.
Can I adjust my view by practitioner, room or group?
Use the eye ๐๏ธ button to adjust your view to only certain practitioners or rooms. You can multi-select as many of these as you'd like. Click on one to add it to your view, and click it again to remove it from view. These settings will be remembered the next time you view the calendar.
You can also use this button to view practitioner groups.
๐ก Top tip: The order in which practitioners are displayed within the calendar is dictated by their settings.
Can I adjust how many days I can see at once in the calendar?
Click the calendar ๐๏ธ icon to adjust between single day, multi day and list view - this will change how many days you can see at a time.
'Single day view' will show only the selected day (indicated in the top left of the calendar).
'Multi day view' will show the next 5 working days - this will either include or exclude any days where no practitioner has availability, depending whether the 'Closed days' option at the bottom of the dropdown is selected or deselected.
'List view' will display only a list of any appointments on the chosen date. If there are no appointments on the selected date, the list will be empty.
Can I colour-code my calendar view?
You can use colours to distinguish between appointments of different types - read more here.
