How do I use the 'NHS Activity' report?
The 'NHS Activity' report provides a high-level overview of NHS claims submitted under your NHS contract(s). It tracks the total value for submitted NHS claims per practitioner based on the treatment plan completion date and on the current status of the claim.
Access the report via 'Reports' > 'Financial' > 'NHS Activity'.
Set filters to refine the view:
Location (if applicable)
Date range (start and end dates)
Activity type (choose between Care Packages, UDAs and UOAs)
NHS Contract (select specific contract if needed)
Drill down into specific claim statuses by clicking on the corresponding bar in the chart.
To return to the main view, click the 'Back to UDAs/UOAs/Care Packages' button - the wording varies depending on what you are viewing.
