How to Archive, Restore, and Delete Images

๐Ÿšจ Important: Image Archiving is currently being rolled out across all sites, if you don't see it now you will soon!

Archiving an Image

  • Go to Chart and open the Images tab.

  • Locate the image you want to archive.

  • Click the Archive Image button next to the image.

    • The image will move to the Archived Images section and will no longer appear in the Active Images tab.

๐Ÿ’ก Top Tip: Clicking on an image to expand it provides quick access to actions like Download, Archive, Restore, or Delete!


Viewing Archived Images

  • In the Images tab, use the 'Archived' button to swap between Active Images to Archived Images.

    • Archived images are stored here and can be managed further.


Restoring an Archived Image

  • While in the Archived Images tab, find the image you want to restore.

  • Click the Restore icon next to the image.

    • The image will return to the Active Images section.


Deleting an Archived Image

  • In the Archived Images tab, locate the image you wish to delete.

  • Click the Bin icon next to the image.

๐Ÿšจ Important: Remember deleting an image is permanent and cannot be undone.
