If you ever need to delete an image taken in Dentally Vision, ONLY level 3 users and above can do this.
When deleting images, you must first ensure they are NOT associated with an invoice. If they are, you will need to delete the invoices first.

To delete a series of images in an exam;
First, open the image in Dentally Vision.
Go to the images tab on the left-hand side.
Locate the exam you wish to delete.
Click on the menu icon (three dots).
and choose Delete exam.
You will be prompted to ensure you are 100% sure you wish to remove the selected exam.
Click Delete.
To delete a single image within an exam;
Open Dentally Vision from the desired patient by clicking on an image in their cloud gallery.
Go to the images tab on the left-hand side.
Locate the exam with the image you need to remove and click to open it.
Select the image you wish to remove in the image navigator in the top left.
Once you are viewing that image click Delete at the bottom of the viewing screen.
This will prompt you to ensure you want to delete this image from the exam.
Click Delete or Cancel as needed.
