Error when attempting to send payment

If you see the Henry Schein login screen when you are trying to send a payment to your Worldpay terminal you should"

  • Make sure you are NOT using an incognito browser to process your payments.

  • If using Chrome, check your browser settings to ensure you are not blocking third party cookies:

    • Click the three dot menu in the top right of your browser, navigate to, Settings > Privacy and security > Third-party cookies > and Enable 'Allow third-party cookies'

If you cannot see these options, get in touch with support for further assistance.
