How do I calculate my pre-booking rate?
In Dentally, go to the 'Reports' section using the left-hand toolbar.
In the 'Appointment' section, open the 'Appointments' report.
Using the filters, select your chosen date range.
Set the 'Status' filter to 'Completed', and the 'Future' filter to 'without future appts. booked'.
At the bottom of the page you will see the number of patients without a future appointment booked. To compare this to the total number of patients, set the 'Future' filter to 'All'.
💡 Top tip: If you aren't sure how to measure this as a percentage, simply do the following sum in a calculator:
(Number of patients without a future appointment booked ÷ Total number of patients) x 100
