๐Ÿ’ก Top tip: We recommend aiming for a 70% pre-booking rate. The more patients book their appointment in advance, the fewer recalls you'll need to send.

How do I calculate my pre-booking rate?

Your pre-booking rate tells you what percentage of patients book their next appointment before leaving after their last appointment. To measure your recall pre-booking rate:

  • Here you can:

    • See the monthly percentage by hovering over the 'Pre-booking' section (dark green) in any month.

    • Work out the total yearly percentage by identifying the total number of pre-bookings (in the table at the bottom), and dividing it by the total number of recalls - multiply this number by 100 to get a percentage rate.
