How do I calculate my pre-booking rate?

  • In Dentally, go to the 'Reports' section using the left-hand toolbar.

  • In the 'Appointment' section, open the 'Appointments' report.

  • Using the filters, select your chosen date range.

  • Set the 'Status' filter to 'Completed', and the 'Future' filter to 'without future appts. booked'.

  • At the bottom of the page you will see the number of patients without a future appointment booked. To compare this to the total number of patients, set the 'Future' filter to 'All'.

๐Ÿ’ก Top tip: If you aren't sure how to measure this as a percentage, simply do the following sum in a calculator:

(Number of patients without a future appointment booked รท Total number of patients) x 100
