How do I find my practice's Portal web link?
Go to 'Customise', and click 'Portal'.
Under 'Portal web address', you will find your practice's Portal link, which can be shared with existing patients.
From here, you can customise your URL. Choose a unique, short name that identifies your practice. Once you're happy click the tick ✅ button - it will check to make sure this address is available. If it is, click the tick ✅ button again to confirm.
You can then copy the link to send to patients.
