How to use the 'Privacy policy' feature to share your practice's terms and conditions

How do I add or edit my practice's privacy policy on Portal?

  • Go to 'Customise' (and if you are a multi-site practice, then go to 'Brands' and select your chosen location).

  • Scroll down to the 'Privacy policy' section and add a URL to your practice's policy.

  • Click 'Next' and 'Save' when you're finished editing.


How can patients view my practice's privacy policy?

This will be visible to patients when they log into their Patient Portal - they can view it by scrolling to the bottom of the page and clicking 'Privacy Policy'.


Is it possible to add my practice's booking terms and conditions to Portal?

It is not currently possible to add your practice's terms and conditions to your Portal to share with patients.

We recommend including them in your practice's privacy policy on your own website, and linking your privacy policy on Dentally Portal.
