How do I export a report in Dentally?

Once you have navigated to the report you want from the 'Reports' menu, you can export the data as a .csv file (which can be opened in Excel). If you wish to add any filters, do this before exporting.

In the top right-hand corner of the page for your chosen report, click the 'Export' button.

The report will automatically download as a .csv file onto your device.

๐Ÿ“ Please note: Not all reports are possible to export. If exporting is available, you will see the 'Export' button in the top right corner and can follow the steps below.

How do I print a report in Dentally?

If you have exported a report to your device, you can open the file in Excel and print it from there.

Alternatively, you can print directly within Dentally on most browsers. To do this, go to the menu icon in your browser and choose the 'Print' option.

This will vary depending on the browser you're using. For example, if you're using the Google Chrome browser, go to the three dots in the top right-hand corner of the browser and click 'Print...'.

This will then preview the document, and you can choose a printer to send it to. If you print this way, it will only include the first few columns of the report that it can currently see.

If you are printing this way, you may wish to change the information you are viewing using the 'Displayed Patient Attributes' section in the top right of the report, to show only the info you need.
