How do I turn on/off the 'Locked chart'?

  • Navigate to a patient's 'Chart' screen.

  • Click on the cog icon โš™๏ธ in the lower right of the chart next to your charting tabs.

  • This will open your 'Charting preferences' screen.

  • Under the 'Locked chart' section toggle the switch on or off as needed.

What will the chart look like with/without the 'Locked chart' on?

With this on, you can see only the treatment plan itself is scrollable, ensuring the full graphical chart stays in view for ease of charting.

However, once we turn this off, the entire screen scrolls, opening up more room for note-taking as needed.
