What is a recovered image

When acquiring images, if you click 'Begin uploading' whilst you still have images sitting in the 'Scanned images' section, you will be prompted to send these images to recovery instead of discarding them.

Resuming an exam with recovered images in Dentally Vision

When you send images to recovery these will be held there against this patient until you next go into acquire images for them.

The next time you acquire images in a new/resumed exam the previously recovered images will be pre-loaded in the 'Scanned images' section at the bottom on Vision.

You can then simply drag and drop your images into the correct space on the exam before clicking on 'Begin uploading' at the bottom of the screen.
