How to resume an incomplete exam with Dentally Vision

We understand that circumstances can sometimes result in unexpected delays in your exams when in surgery so we have made resuming an incomplete exam really easy. Let's run through how to finish off your incomplete exams in Dentally Vision.

Resuming an incomplete examination

  • Find your incomplete exam in the Cloud Gallery on the chart screen.

  • Click this to open it in Dentally Vision.

  • Once loaded, you will need to click over from Tools into Images on the left-hand side.

  • Then click on the menu icon against the image (the three dots).

  • Then choose Resume Exam.

  • You will then be prompted to choose a new acquisition sequence if needed, or you can carry on with the initial sequence.

  • Then click proceed with Acquisition.

  • Once prompted with 'Ready for Exposure' You can proceed with the exposure on your end.

  • This will then automatically upload and you can carry on with your examination as normal, With editing this through tools or closing and complete the course of treatment as needed.
