Managing my fee schedule
Your fee schedule will be pre-uploaded as part of the onboarding process at Dentally. In addition, all of the approved standard treatment codes will be imported as well.
However, you can update your fee schedule in line with the regular provincial release of fees each year.
How to export my treatment fee schedule
You can export and print out your fee schedule from the treatment settings.
Navigate to your Dentally 'Settings' cog - bottom left.
Go into 'Treatment & Plans'
Make sure you are on the 'Treatments' tab
Click 'Export'
Then open the downloaded file and print it as normal.

📝 Please note: You can create your own code should you wish to, but remember you can not submit them on an insurance claim.
How to update my existing treatment plans with new fees?
If your fee schedule has been updated in the middle of an open course of treatment you will need to clone your treatment plan to be able to see the updated prices.
To clone a treatment plan:
Navigate to the course of treatment in question.
Click the dropdown arrow and select 'Clone'
Confirm your action and an exact duplicate of the treatment plan you charted will be created but with the most recent/active fee schedule applied.
