Connecting your Dojo payment terminal with Dentally
Connecting your Dojo terminals to Dentally is easy! First make sure your devices are in integration mode and then follow these steps:
1. Request Connection
Go to Settings > Sites > Payments in Dentally. (If you cannot see this option, please reach out to to us via support chat in Dentally to enable this on your account.)
Find the Dojo option and click 'Request Connection'.
Enter all your Dojo terminal IDs accurately. This step is crucial to ensure we can link your terminals with Dentally. If you have more than one terminal, you can use the '+' icon to the right to add a new line for Terminal 2 and so on.
2. Complete the Request
Click 'Create' to submit the connection request, and then click 'Continue' to finish the request.
We will then send your request to Dojo for them to process. This can take up to 5 working days so please be patient as we wait for the request to be actioned.
3. Keep an Eye on It
While we wait for Dojo's response, the payments screen in Dentally will show a 'Pending' status next to Dojo.
4. Confirmation
Once Dojo processes your request, you'll get an email from us confirming the successful connection of your payment terminal(s).
If you don't receive a confirmation within 5 working days, please contact to us via support chat in Dentally so we can chase this integration request with Dojo for you.
Connecting additional Dojo payment terminals
If you are already using integrated Dojo terminals and you've received a new Dojo terminal, you can connect this to Dentally by following these steps:
Make sure your new terminal appears in the list as 'NOT CONNECTED'. If your terminal does not appear in the list, please contact Dojo to ensure your terminal is online.
To connect your new Dojo terminal with Dentally, simply click on 'Add new terminals'
๐ Please note: This will automatically link your new terminal. If you encounter any issues, please contact Dojo directly to ensure your card machine is in the right mode.
You will know your terminal is connected, when the 'NOT CONNECTED' status has changed to 'NEW'.

By integrating your payment terminals, you can seamlessly take payments directly from Dentally through your terminal. This direct link boosts cash flow and cuts down on the time spent manually recording payments, minimising the possibility of user error.
